About Us

On the path to cleaner air, Katal has developed Ionic Clean, a drop-in nano-ionic fuel that significantly reduces harmful emissions such as NOx and PM, while improving engine health. Katal provides an easy-to-adopt solution that leverages existing infrastructure, has economic benefits, and can start reducing emissions today. Our mission is to work with existing emission reduction technology and renewable energy sources to further reduce companies’ environmental footprint, positively impacting healthcare costs and mortality rates.

GIT Fleet Dashboard

Internal report writing was time-consuming for the data science teams, as the same insights were needed for each ships’s report. To streamline this, a network pipeline now automatically updates the database and dashboard, generating reports without manual effort.

About Us

OMC International is a maritime technology company that develops systems to enhance the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of shipping operations.

Project

Ship Stability

OMC needs precise vessel stability information to accurately model ship motions. However, collecting the correct data from ships can be challenging. To address this, we aimed to develop a machine learning model that can estimate stability parameters based on a vessel’s dimensions and basic load state information. This model uses a historical dataset of load state information from various types of vessels, including bulk carriers, tankers, and container ships.
