My name is Sureka, and Halifax is my second home after India. I have been in this community for the past eight years and I've had nothing but the best experience; I am a part of Haligonian now. I am a recent IT Database graduate from Nova Scotia Community college. I started my education for Engineering in electronics and communications and pursued my master's in the MBA program.

I have worked as a Junior Business Analyst for the Department of fisheries and ocean during my first internship at NSCC. I think technology in the ocean sector is the next big thing happening, and there are excellent opportunities for future careers.”
